Now that what the strategy is now … making students prone and getting addicted to MS products while they are growing and developing. Interesting move, but should this be allowed? I thought American schools already prohibited the use of fast food, as it was hazardious for health while kids are growing. Maybe the State can take some steps, by simply informing the same students that there are alternatives, which they can give a try, and if they prefer that, it's upto them what they want to use.
Better, Novell, and alike companies, or even better OSS "people" should send representetives that will inform the same audience that the world is not MS only, and that there are other tools which they can opt for. I don't mean to go and do same what MS is doing, rather simply filling the information gap that these kids and students have.
