Though I am a Linux die-hard, somehow when it comes to mobile platforms I still prefer Windows Mobile over Symbian, PalmOS, Linux and the upcoming iPhone. Symbian is excellent for non touch-screen smartphones, probably even better than Windows Mobile, and the problem with mobile Linux is no standards out there and very very few apps for the platform. iPhone - it is powerful multimedia device + basic phone features. As of today I am very happy with my current device, which is HTC Artemis (pictured below), but really hope to see excellent devices coming out in the coming years based on Linux so I can make a switch.
