For users new to Linux, the supported version of openSUSE may be the best choice—you’ll get complete end-user documentation, installable media for x86 and x86 64-bit systems, plus 90 days of end-user installation support.

It was quietly put up on the Novell store front page but openSUSE 11.0 is now available for pre-order! The last version purchased by me was the 10.1. With 11.0 release and new super cool and slick design, I am gonna get this one as well.
The new look for the retail version is in tamdem with that of the OS itself. With KDE 4 being adopted in the upcoming openSUSE 11.0, YaST was ported over to Qt4 as well. This brought many enhancements, including the possibility of using Qt “css-like” stylesheets for customising the look of YaST. Since YaST is used for the installer as well, this meant that it could easily acquire a great new look.
The same goes with the welcome screen:

With this purchase you will also get:
- 90-Day Installation Support (phone or e-mail).. not available from the download site
- Printed Start-up Manual
